Get outside today and enjoy some nature. If you can’t get outside, find a window to look at nature.
I met a lady a few years ago named, Sandra Lin and she is a yoga instructor. She told me that getting outside in nature would help improve my skin and health overall. She told me to get out without makeup or sunglasses and allow the sun to shine on my face, by soaking up the vitamin D, I would be nourishing my body.
Getting out in nature reduces stress and anxiety and improves creativity. There have been studies done to show that being able to view nature after surgery increased healing. Here the page with the study I found.
