Write down 5 or more things you are grateful for before you go to bed or when you wake up in the morning. If you would like to make this a daily habit consider a journal that you write in each morning or night.

Some of the benefits of practicing gratitude are: Increased physical and psychological health, enhanced empathy, less aggression, better sleep, and increased mental stregnth.
