Daily SC Spirituality

Listen to this episode

Welcome to the daily coaching and scripture share.

Q. How is your faith guiding you toward your goals? What 1 thing will you do today, or commit to do each day, to grow your faith?

If you don’t have a faith, would you consider what a spiritual path is to you? What step could you take to begin to discover it?

Joel Boggess, a past guest on the show, shared 3 Sure-fire strategies for hitting your #1 2019 goal on Fox 51. They were Faith, Focus and Follow Through.

Nate Ridgeway, also a past guest on the show, shared this post on his facebook:

8️⃣ God is my #1. In a world that grows more and more godless and is more concerned with humans being their own god and living life according to their own agendas, I am more and more aware of how imperfect I am and how absolutely perfect my God is! His plan is supreme, and it’s the only path I want to follow. I’m doing my very best through prayer, meditation and staying in His Word to walk HIS path…not mine.

This inspired me to examine my own growth in my faith and what I am committed to each day. I use a hardcover NIV Bible, and if I want to listen to it being read, I joined Nate’s wife Robin’s group, Read The Bible With Me.

Shout Out

Roxana was like my Spiritual Godmother over the years that I was discovering my faith. Most of my life, I drifted aimlessly, never choosing my path, reacting instead of taking the time to carefully examine my choices. I ended up in a dark and lonely place and nearly lost my life. After having a heart attack, I heard God’s voice ask me if I wanted to stay in this world. I spent a long time trying to figure out what I heard, examined many paths before choosing to be baptized and call myself a Christian. Roxana answered all my questions and prayed for me many times.

1 Samuel 18

14In everything he did he had great success, because the Lord was with him.
