Healing As A Community With Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Recently I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, (GAD). In all honesty, I did not know much of anything about it, so I began to do some research.

What surprised me the most, is that as I began to open up and tell people about it, I found out that more people than I would have realized also have an anxiety disorder.
